Description

  • An initial inbound or outbound welcome call to the new advertiser,
  • Confirmation of contact information including email, review of products, research of advertiser pre-call to make recommendation and edits to online presence
  • Review and update basic website or simple online changes for the advertiser,
  • Gather additional business content and information for product fulfillment, order management, and review of what happens next and who to call.
SKILLS:

Mandatory:
  • Minimum of High School Diploma/GED required. Some College or degree preferred.
  • Bilingual Preferred.
  • A minimum of a 6 months to one year experience customer management
  • Strong business acumen or ability to demonstrate professionalism – prior experience in a professional business setting highly preferred Familiarity with small businesses preferred
  • Prior experience in a customer service/call center role
  • Prior experience with online advertising
  • Prior experience with website design
  • Prior experience in a consultative type role
